Jaffri is a Senior Public Relations Consultant and Managing Director of World Communications for the past 25  years. He provides PR counseling and communication consultancy and training  for Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Energy and  Government organizations.

Jaffri is currently the Vice-President and  a Fellow at IPRM (Institute Public Relations Malaysia), a Fellow of APRN  (ASEAN Public Relations Network), and a member of IMM (Institute of Marketing Malaysia). Jaffri is also  the Asia-Pacific Council  Member for Global Alliance (GA).

Previous participants of Jaffri’s PR & Communications Training include the Chief Secretary to the Government and Secretary-Generals of Ministries, Executives and Managers of various organisations including Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM),  Zurich Insurance Senior Management, University Malaya, Al-Rajhi Bank, Maybank, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and Telekom Malaysia Senior Management Team.

Jaffri had previously won the Best PR  Consultant Award at the First Global  Muslim Public Relations Excellence Award. His PR engagements and talks  are not just with MNCs, GLCs, and Government Agencies in Malaysia but  also with ASEAN and International engagements.

Jaffri was Malaysia’s sole representative to the World PR Forum  2018 in Oslo. He was the Conference Director of the Kuala  Lumpur International Conference [KLIP2020 and KLIP2021].

SHAHREEN KAMALUDDIN

Shahreen Kamaluddin is an empowerment trainer, speaker, Public Relations consultant and self-help author. She has spent most of her 38 years working experience in the practice and teaching of public relations, communications and self-empowerment. Shahreen was the Dean of the College of Communications at University Technology MARA before she left academia to join the private sector as Group Public Affairs Manager of Shell and later Malaysia Mining Corporation Berhad.

As a PR Consultant, corporate trainer and public speaker, Shahreen has worked with and addressed thousands of leaders, employees and individuals in the public and private sectors in Malaysia and South East Asia. Shahreen has been interviewed extensively in the media. She also writes frequently for the newspapers and magazines on the subjects of success strategies, self-empowerment and communications.

ANNELIZA ZAINAL

Anneliza Zainal has been a communications practitioner in the corporates for more than 28 years before becoming a consultant, specialising in crisis communications and customer care. In both roles, she had also been tasked to coach CEOs and Sr. Management, for their role as Media Spokesperson.

Experienced in multiple fields of communications and crisis management, in various industries ranging from construction, broadcasting, oil & gas, banking and aviation industries.

Amongst her more notable achievements were managing the branding and launches of, MH370 and MH17 airline crashes. Caltex Oil Malaysia Limited, Al Rajhi Bank and Maybank Investment Bank. Deeply trained to handle Crisis Communications in Caltex and she was also a volunteer Care-Giver Manager for the crisis victims of Kudat

Apart from a Bachelor of Education, Teaching of English as a Second Language (TESL), Anneliza is also an accredited NLP Practitioner (ABNLP), Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, Master Class Educator (BKI) and certified HRDF Trainer.

ADELINA ISKANDAR

Adelina's previous post was Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. Adelina's division covered all aspects of Corporate Communications, Regulatory Relations and Management, CSR and also the Yayasan Tenaga Foundation.

Adelina was also previously with SYABAS as General Manager, Customer Service Division (PUSPEL). At SYABAS, Adelina was a member of the CSR, Business Ethics and Sexual Harassment committees.

Adelina had also served as Director of Corporate Communications with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) where she was responsible for all matters pertaining to media, government and public relations as well as overall strategy of the branding and image building of the commission.

Prior to that Adelina was attached with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants where she was responsible for members’ relations as well as corporate communications.

Adelina was also in the education field for 10 years as Director of the University Preparatory Programme with an American twinning programme here.

Adelina has more than 30 years’ experience in public relations and training. Adelina holds a Degree in Humanities and a Masters in Linguistics.
